Meet The Characters

Get to know the nice people!

Character 1

Adam

I was never meant to be a plumber, I don't know what I should be but, I've been stuck in a rut for a while now. It's time to make that change, I'm going to do something and if anyone asks why... well I'll make up an answer on the spot

Character 2

Natalie

Born and raised in Haute-de-Seine before moving to Spain as a teenager. I'm fluent in 5 languages, maybe 6. I now live and work in London. I've been described as brave, bright and arrogant at times which is fair. My friends earn my friendship and I will give them all that I can.

Character 3

Shy

Music is everything, I started Bashfull Records whilst I was still at school and now, just a few years later, we are now widely recognised for pushing the best young bands and musicians in East London and for promoting all aspects of the local culture.

Character 4

Shy took me on after I had pestered him for too long, I started blogging about music aged 13 and have never stopped. I've also produced a couple of records but, working with Shy is an absolute dream.

Sam and Jada

We met at University. Sam and Tilly were friends from school and when I (Sam) met Jada, I knew that we would all be friends. We now live in a wonderful part of Spain with a house by the sea and some very successful business investments.

Looking For Somewhere

Adam just wants to escape, a new start a chance to be the person he wants. How did he end up here? A meeting on the plane leads him to, a band on tour, a deal with a footballer and he's searching for a criminal. From the London suburbs to the Mediterranean coast. Does he know what he is looking for and is he ready for what he will find on the way?

Influences

Living just outside London, his travels through The UK, Europe, North America and Northern Africa have influenced his writing. Looking for Somewhere is his first novel.

Mark has written training courses and distance learning textbooks on subjects as varied as Equality and Diversity, Coping with Pressure and Fire Safety and produced various booklets and pamphlets about Canoeing and Cricket.
